How to request a correction to anything on this site, and what happens after you do. See /methodology/ for how the numbers themselves are produced.
How to request a correction
-
Identity correction
Two raw identifiers (a git email, a commit-trailer name, a JIRA username) should be merged as one person, or an existing merge is wrong -- affects the contributor leaderboard and every contributor-count metric.
-
Governance check correction
One commit's governance check result on /governance/ (reviewer present, ticket referenced, CI evidence, checkstyle) is wrong.
-
Thread disagreement
A specific thread's row on /conversations/threads/ (outcome, peak intensity, flagged-message counts) looks wrong.
-
Conversation patterns feedback
Feedback on the preliminary, classified /conversations/ "Conversation patterns" section -- any part of it.
-
Data correction (general)
Anything else: a wrong number, a stale value, a broken link, a miscollected fact that doesn't fit one of the paths above.
What happens next
- A maintainer of this project reviews the issue.
- A data or identity fix lands as a pull request to a config file — e.g. identity_overrides.yaml or governance_overrides.yaml — and shows on the site after the next nightly run, once merged.
- A classification disagreement (conversation patterns, thread explorer) feeds the classification-cutoff calibration work tracked in issue #47, rather than being hand-overridden one message at a time.
